Home! Swollen ears, rash

We made it home with smooth travels, with the exception of getting lost leaving the Milwaukee airport and all of their crazy construction detours.
When I went to go apply more steroids on his rash, I lifted up his bandage and saw that his ears looked very, very swollen - almost like wrestler "cauliflower" ears, totally different than 24 hours prior at Dr. Lewin's house where they were much more defined. So, I was texting and taking pictures with Dr. Lewin until 1am, somewhat freaking out.

This morning I took additional pictures and then talked to her on the phone. She switched to a different steroid cream and wants me to continue putting it on throughout the day and submit pictures in 24 hours. If that doesn't work, we'll have to go into our local pediatrician. We need to be very careful as infections could spread to the implant, which has only happened in 1 case of hers. I think he also has an ear infection in his Left ear, so I am putting in drops as well. His Right ear canal is totally closed up, which is probably best since that one gets an infection if you just look at it.
